Training and Per4mance support

 
We embed training, skills acquisition, and per4mance support directly into job processes. Whether it is access to information or knowledge, techniques and procedure to manipulate a business tool or access to expertise and collaboration, we identify the critical points within your business process where individuals might need support, and embed that support at the point of performance.

E-learning at the Point of Performance. We use a number of techniques to ensure that job performance is optimised and if individuals require help in performing a task or activity, there is no latency or redundant time in obtaining support.

'Component' e-learning directed at performing your job. There are many e-learning programmes available based on teaching you how to use software packages - in a generic way.

Consider the following simple analogies:

You need to be able to complete your MS Excel-based company expense report correctly first time, every time - not - need a training course in how to use MS Excel.

You need to be able to produce a credit application that is approved first time by an internal credit committee - not - need training on how to produce a MS Word document with graphs.

Per4m directs such training to acheive job performance, and makes that training and support available to anyone within the organisation at the point at which they need it.
